After suffering two TBI’s and many injuries in my life; I feel a deep sense of helping others with their Healing Journeys. Thank you for letting me be a part of it.

Kristi is dedicated to helping clients achieve maximum pain relief benefits through Integrative Bodywork and Therapeutic Care.

With a deep understanding of the body’s muscular and central nervous system, I focus on enhancing recovery, preventing injury, and providing chronic pain relief through long term maintenance as well as Nervous System Regulation.

Kristi Christensen, LMT Healing is a Journey

Heidi started to realize a passion for Massage Therapy and Healing modalities in her late twenties. After much self reflection and personal growth, this passion came to life in 2016 at the Colorado School of Healing Arts. 

In 2019, Heidi started fitness kickboxing classes, which has lead her to a greater awareness of understanding Body Mechanics, Range of Motion and Muscle Structure that our bodies endure on a daily basis to better enhance the Massage Therapy Sessions she provides.

Heidi offers a range of massage services tailored to meet you needs, whether you're looking to unwind, relieve pain, recover, or enhance your performance. She integrates techniques from a variety of over 15+ modalities to achieve optimal results in your sessions. 

Fun Fact - In October of 2022, Heidi began Taekwondo where her current goal is to achieve her Black Belt by April 2026. 

I am currently in Prep Cycle to receive my Black Belt in Taekwondo at Personal Achievement Martial Arts in Wheat Ridge.
